We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, Singapore PDPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

Personal Data We Collect
We collect data you provide directly (name, email, company, project details), data collected automatically (anonymised usage data, technical data, cookies with consent), and B2B data from verified third-party sources for enterprise outreach only. We do not intentionally collect special category data.
How We Use It
We use your data to: respond to enquiries and consultation requests; deliver contracted services; send requested newsletter communications (with your consent); conduct enterprise sales outreach under legitimate interests; improve our website; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Legal Basis
We rely on: contract performance (delivering services you request); legitimate interests (operating our business and B2B outreach, balanced against your privacy interests); consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies — withdrawable at any time); and legal obligation (financial and regulatory compliance).
Who We Share Data With
We share data only with vetted service providers (CRM, cloud infrastructure, analytics) under Data Processing Agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28, professional advisors under confidentiality obligations, and in legal disclosure situations where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.
International Transfers
Data may be transferred to the US, Singapore, and India. For EEA and UK transfers, we rely on European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. You may request a copy of the applicable safeguard mechanism from our DPO.
Data Retention
Enquiry data: 24 months from last contact. Client records: 7 years (legal obligation). Newsletter subscriptions: until unsubscribed + 12 months. Website analytics: 26 months (anonymised after 30 days). IP addresses: 30 days then anonymised.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing; and withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

Essential cookies: required for site function, cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics with IP anonymisation): consent required. Marketing cookies (LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads): explicit consent required. Manage preferences via the cookie banner or browser settings.
Security
We implement TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, MFA for all staff with data access, regular third-party penetration testing, ISO 27001-aligned practices, and a 72-hour breach notification procedure under GDPR Article 33.
Children's Privacy
Our services are for business professionals only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Contact [email protected] immediately if you believe we hold such data.
Policy Changes
We review this policy annually and when practices change. Material changes are communicated to active clients by email and displayed prominently for 30 days. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Previous versions available on request.
